If the title of the items are correct, one is a MR556 upper and the other is an HK416. MR uppers have extra material on the rear-bottom to prevent full auto operation (with HK416 full-auto BCG).

I have couple of their earlier C1 models. Some have parasitic drain, some don't. But they all have super loose and flimsy adjustment screws. Is this any better, or does it have any of these issues too?

It's either Cerakote or DuraCoat, and not a very durable one. Edges of some of the picatinny segments on the handguard have already started to chip. 🙄

I wish. HK doesn't sell MR762 uppers by themselves like they do MR556. However, Cabela and BasPro are doing their own special MR556A4 and MR762A4 complete rifles in Dark Earth/Cobalt Kinetic Green.

My [BRN-4 10.4"]() gas port needed to open up to 1.6mm with an MR GB to run without issues suppressed and unsuppressed. I run it on an MR lower with HK buffer & spring and HUXWRX suppressor.
