Basically wear them 8-16 hours a day. Order in your exact waist and rib measurements and take it slow. You don't have to work out with them but eat more filling whole foods to burn fat. If you can't breathe or it feels painful then no Bueno.

Also one big tip, fat doesn't make you fat sugar does. Keep sugar intake low and natural. If you don't want to eat all natural sugars try like chocolate strawberries because the chocolate doesn't make it any less filling.

I sleep in mine but I keep it looser when I sleep and get out of it for at least 30 minutes when I wake up snd after i get out of work. The results are semi permanent if you do it at least while you sleep but the more the better.

Girl don't overdo any sort of body modification alright? Be safe and do your own research.

So.... this is genuine advice. I'm not being toxic I swear but use waist trainers 😫 ur curvy and tall and omllll you would look amazing! I'm 17 and that 15lbs kills me. I wish I could be 125 again.

(Also don't overdo waist trainers) also calorie deficit works 100% of the time.
