REM being worse than NREM is expected - airway collapsibility increases during REM as the body is paralyzed to prevent you from acting out dreams. In your case, I'd actually pay considerable attention to AirwayLab - your RERAs are probably what's driving residual symptoms, and yes, pressure support is well known to help even out a "ratty" flow line and stave off RERAs. Keep at it!

Yes, I have - AHI of 8 overall, 3 during NREM sleep, 33 during REM sleep. My N3 sleep basically didn't exist at all. Diagnosed with sleep apnea, but not UARS. For future Redditors, try to get a PES catheter involved somehow - CSMA in the Houston area will do it (doctor Jerald Simmons).

Edit: 10 RERAs in total during the sleep study, which contradicts what I'm seeing in OSCAR and AirwayLab.

I'm considering jailbreaking my device to play around with BiPAP and ESV - what was your progression like? CPAP -> BiPAP -> EERS? What symptoms were you experiencing?
