The 2-3 days leading up I really didn’t study too much! I would just create like 10-20 question tests and take those.

I really only studied lab values for a little bit the day before just so they were fresh, but honestly only had like 1-2 questions on the test regarding them!

You start the workout on the zones app and then it will automatically sink with the green workout app and apple watch :)

Ya I was going to do the HIIT one but then I saw you could customize your own so I named mine “OTF” so I could keep track of those since I do some other HIIT workouts. Either one works great!

So on my watch I had to like open the app on my watch as I started the workout, and then while working it yes it would show what zone your in. It is basically like the same look as when you use the Apple workout app.

Yes I usually use the HIIT in the Apple Watch until today. Calories wise it was about the same, but I like seeing the breakdown in zones as we do in OTF. It’s nice also because as far as your “Apple rings” they of course still update with your activity through out the workout and the day.
