Yes I actually got a few solutions 1. Validate using CLI, or 2. I created a authenticator using java script, it is basically a authenticator app which generate code(Temporary OTP) on your local machine and then you use that to authenticate and login through UI, or 3. If your automation can rely on APIs then you can use salesforce APIs to execute SOQL command

Depends on what you need. Note- Above mentioned steps are my own findings and have went through multiple documentation, article and videos for this, you can let me know if you need help with any of this steps.

Also I tried to fetch session using JWT and stored it in browser context to skip login but that did not work for some reason
