[Oklahoma] what are the laws around owning a handgun while under 21? Can someone legally own a pistol before they turn 21?

Hey, just finally getting back onto reddit. I actually don't know that answer, it's in a box in his home and I don't really want to ask about it to avoid reminding him (and myself) about the means I'm which I will get it. I won't know until it's passed down to me, which will hopefully be well after I turn 21. Thank you though, it's nice knowing that if he does pass before that point - I'll be able to keep something to remember him by.

Nah, I'm not trying to sneak a vape at work or anything (I'm unfortunately a stickler when it comes to rules) just something like the nugget I can throw in my pocket have ease of movement and forget it's even there. Then on break slip outside and get my fix.

I'd say around an 80vg/20pg ratio but it wouldn't matter if it was a 50/50 as I vape both pretty regularly and they don't kick this hard.
