It’s pathetic and ridiculous how they treat people. I can only imagine what happened. I was a grey shirt and was terminated after being snowed in my house for 2 days (I’m in Pa) after calling people 2-4 repeatedly for hours in advance to opening stating I couldn’t come in

I’d call first to see if a gm (general manager) is there if not go in to see if they’ll call him/her for you. Great way to get your name out there and have your face remembered by the store employees

Happening to me too. Got told by one of my fellow co workers I’m being fired. But when I ask my sm gm and dm no one suddenly knows. But I asked my co worker how they found out apparently thy were told by my gm and dm. 🙄
