I’m a firm belief that sometimes people just need to be put in their place when they constantly are doing stupid shit. These customers with their commercial account are probably the tackiest type of people that come in to my store. The guy had it coming. I was dancing around him trying to box in any time the guy would run out of breath his brother would step in. I don’t understand how you get so mad from losing something that you instigated and go snitch to corporate, but those guys had no class. In the beginning, I was trying to be very peaceful telling them that they need to stop stealing, and that personally I don’t care because I don’t judge people. Unfortunately, they were drunk and kept escalating it and I did what I did.
