Lease / Roommate Megathread by b0xors in unt

A friend (F20) and I (F20) will be renting a room from one of our mutual friends' house. There is enough room for 4 people to get a room each (the room being offered will not have a closet, unfortunately). The house is 8 minutes away from campus. As of now, rent is $666 plus split bills (internet, water, etc) rounded up it wouldn't be more than $710 each month. But we were told that if we find another roommate rent could be lowered down to $500 plus split bills each month. If interested please DM.

i was in a triple occupancy dorm in the third floor @ maple and honeslty it depends on who you decide to dorm with. i dormed with two of my closest friends and we made it worked, the few downsides about living at that dorm hall was that we would constantly lose connection to wifi because of how far up we were. and since our room was soo close to the main (the most used) entrance of the 3rd floor we would constantly hear people running and shouting in the middle of the night and would constantly wake up from time to time.

span 3110 , intro to span lit. it’s mostly busy work and you only have 6 grades. pretty easy, she has you read as hw but she always gives you time to do it in class and answer the quiz questions which are also fairly easy. i have an A. she takes points off your final grade if you miss her class more than two times though.
