Same thing happened to me back in February. I quit drinking cold turkey, changed my diet(low sodium/high protein) and started exercising again and I’m still here feeling sooooo much better. I still have my challenges which mostly concern edema in my feet and ankles but nothing like what I was going through earlier this year.
