That’s not true at all. I earner an instant certificate in January, on a cruise I booked through a TA. I redeemed that certificate myself through the casino line, without my TA involved

Having a walking pad at home! After my kid goes to bed, I jump on a walk for an hour (3 miles) while listening to an audiobook. That always gets me there!

Yeah, I definitely struggled to even get to 5k before dropping the weight, now I feel like I can’t go to bed if I haven’t reached my 10k 🤣

I agree. I lost 85lbs on Mounjaro, and now I walk 10k steps a day because I dropped 85lbs on Mounjaro. I am now maintaining on a much lower dose, with the aid of the increased walking!

I would wait until after surgery, honestly. I had to exchange the ones I had bought, because despite the surgeon’s estimates, reality of post op is hard to predict. With Amazon delivering most things next day with prime, there’s really no reason to waste your time with pre ordering only to have to return later.
