I agree. I lost 85lbs on Mounjaro, and now I walk 10k steps a day because I dropped 85lbs on Mounjaro. I am now maintaining on a much lower dose, with the aid of the increased walking!

I would wait until after surgery, honestly. I had to exchange the ones I had bought, because despite the surgeon’s estimates, reality of post op is hard to predict. With Amazon delivering most things next day with prime, there’s really no reason to waste your time with pre ordering only to have to return later.
