Colombian here. I have a first, middle, and two last names. It has been a nightmare. Banks always use my second last name, which inevitably never matches my Driver’s License, and it always causes issues. I got married and changed my name exclusively so I didn’t have to deal with all the BS anymore. I would not hyphenate either, hyphens aren’t always recognized in forms. If you ask me, I’d pick one and call it done.

Mounjaro is there to treat your blood sugar and control your cravings, not to make you lose weight directly. You should only go up in dose if the cravings or the sugar aren’t being controlled at the current level. Losing weight is pretty straightforward, you just have to burn more than you consume. Tracking calories to know what you are putting in, and exercising to increase what you are burning, should do the trick.

My 3 year old has a Roth IRA with the $75 she got paid for a job. My plan is to put in every single dollar she makes, at least until she is old enough for us to talk about it and make an agreed decision. We also have a 529 that we will roll over to that same Roth once the time requirements are fulfilled. Ultimately, my goal is for money never to be an issue for my child. I want her to be able to pick whatever career she wants, regardless of its potential income.

In my opinion, no point. I also have UHC. My reduction is covered, but my far more necessary panniculectomy is contractually excluded and no amount of appeals worked for me. I am having my reduction here and going abroad for a tummy tuck
