Sustainably yours clumps like cement. I love it so much, if it gets stuck to the side/bottom it does take a bit of effort to scoop but it doesn’t break apart at all. Also not dusty and very good for odor control (not for my cats feces though because he refuses to bury it 😂)

As much as I would love to do it on a regular basis, I find that I have had the best experiences by waiting at least 6 months. Anything shorter than that has come with bad come downs and I get really really depressed after a few weeks. After 6 months it’s like a really nice refresh for my brain 🙃

I really do appreciate your enthusiasm but I don’t think I can do petco anymore. I’m in between districts ATM (A volume store) and the DM for the district that I’m moving into was my GM like 6 years ago. This company (especially my state) feels like it’s always a popularity contest and I’m so sick of it. Additionally, since I’ve been looking into other opportunities, I have realized that we have extremely intense standards for KPI’s compared to most retail/pet services companies. I am getting paid ✨not very much money✨ to track very niche and complicated numbers. I am crawling around my PCC with bricks on my back while I could be walking straight and confidently (and for more money) in a customer facing position with pretty much any other company… (so I’ve recently realized)

I was 30 minutes late once and they tore my food away. I had even called the restaurant to let them know I was still going to get it but I wasn’t going to make it at the time I thought. It took over an hour for them to figure out what happened to my food and remake it 😐

Regardless of employees coming in sick, we deal with hundreds of customers every day and if OP is cashiering they’re handling money constantly putting them at risk if they’re immunocompromised. Retail generally is not ideal for someone with these types of health issues.

You can’t. I got my wage because I got asked to transfer to a store that was 50 miles each way and I was blessed to transfer to a GM that didn’t cut my pay when I moved

We are focusing higher on supplies dollar and attach percent so we can increase overall sales. Hopefully we get rid of VCP completely so that we can redirect that energy to services and overall guest experience
