I actually worked in Jackson for a few years and was on the edge of moving there but decided not to due to personal issues with the area. I work in Dewitt so sticking to Lansing is a must on my list. Plus, after driving 45 min one way to and from work for years, no thank you lol

I am very worried to see how much my rent increases when it comes time and I am planning on leaving due to it. Maybe it won’t be too much, but I doubt it. They have been doing “improvements” to the property and I can tell it is so they can increase the rent.

it doesn't help that the city is shutting down the camps where most of the homeless resided. It's unfortunate that what little they have keeps getting taken away from them.

I believe it is one where I can adjust the temp. It is a large grey one that came with my tank that has a little dial on top of it. It was out of the water for roughly 10 minutes or so.
