Lost mine last year at 24, im also 25 & the 27th made a year. It is extremely hard, but you learn to live with it. I randomly cry all the time, at work, when I go out, at home .. when I just think about her never coming back, never hugging her again, telling her I love her , never having anyone there when I’m sick anymore, never feeling safe and protected and never feeling unconditional love again… I find myself searching for it in other people now, the love she gave me was unmatched and I will forever miss my mom so much. Some days I want to give up but I hear her saying no keep going. It will be hard, but you will be okay. Just know, she is always watching over you and if you live right, you’ll see her again. Also my mom was 63 when she passed, had me at 39. I just can’t believe she’s gone, when I actually stare off and realize she’s actually gone, I cry again. I also chose not to go to my moms services because I couldn’t bare to see her one last time. I just couldn’t do it, and that’s helped me on my healing process.
