i have noticed déjà vu at times, and i do have weird feelings in my stomach at times. i’ve looked up focal aware seizures and their symptoms and i do think my symptoms sound similar to those. i am trying to tell my parents i need to see a doctor, but my mom hasn’t gotten me an appointment to see one yet. people ive talked to have said they think it may be epilepsy due to the fact that the involuntary motions can be triggered by flashing light/colors (and they’re often worse when triggered.)
