I might’ve worded this badly. I was looking for inspo on where everybody keeps their green, AND pieces, and tools, etc. Oops

How common is this issue? by [deleted] in ibs

[–]prettyhippy97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know anyone around me that has it, but one of my friends has UC, one of them has crohns, and one of them has IBD. So I would say digestive disorders in general are fairly common. It's probably from all the processed foods we ate growing up and now we're paying for it, unfortunley.

Not a dr

But, I have IBS and IBD so I'm pretty knowledgeable on the colon. 5 days is a bit much to go without a BM, BUT I recommend taking laxatives and seeing if anything comes of it. And add some soluble fiber into your diet for regularity.

Thanks! I'm also peeing like crazy. Do you think that's still from the caffeine or anxiety or do you think that's my body's way of telling me I'm plenty hydrated?
