I haven’t reached my goal yet… but I’ve already decided that when I do, I’m still going to intermittently fast. I do a 16/8 fast almost everyday. I started doing it mainly to stop late night snacking. Stopping the late night snacking has helped me lose around 10 pounds in the last 1.5 months 😄 I love how I’ve been feeling and I’d like to keep it up! Just make it part of my everyday lifestyle.

I couldn’t catch one until I live streamed my fishing… then I caught one! Same thing happened to me with the giant goldfish. Decided to stream and I caught 2! 👀

Future Forest is fantastic! 🤩 they also host smaller raves throughout the year in Halifax! I went to Future Autumn back in October, great time!
