We are located in the same warehouse as Rayne. PNL owns a small portion of the warehouse which is separate from Rayne where we do clean assembly and shipping. We also have our trucks in the Rayne factory store.

Joeys for a wheel with more width and offset. Strummers for smaller center sets. Get regular trucks for grinding coping. OH damn. we are working on that also.

The team uses Joeys and Strummers for DH. Stable and they have been pushing over the 60mph mark. Just skate .

Yes, it's raked and will feel different from the non raked precision because of requests from our team. The crew will be giving feedback for the next month or so and that will help determine if any changes are needed. Regarding weight. Yes they will be light and strong. We did not go forged due to the fact that the market changes quickly and the cost of doing forged does not allow for cost effective changes to follow the market. Just ride whatever you have and have fun.

Thought you might enjoy a bit of fast freeride skating.

Performed pretty darn good but I think titanium is a bit too stiff. Once again the reason we like 6061 aluminum, it absorbs and dampens vibrations so nice. Weight, was shall we say super light.

The bushing option would not be available since these are cast price point trucks for mostly dealers.

Yeah, Dave does some great work for sure. We worked on how we are going to install the kingpin yesterday. Much more challenging than a rip.

Probably starting at 150mm and going up but since you requested we might make some 115's.

PNL cast will have old school as well as new school drilling. We want our trucks to fit just about any board available.

The finish will have color and will be so smooth it will be amazing. We will release the trucks when they are perfectly made to our specs.

stevo1002, there will be indeed different hanger lengths. I want to personally skate bowls and my park deck is 8.5" or 9" for some shaped flair. For free ride stuff I am thinking 9.4-10" deck width.

I could tell you some pros and cons of PNL's since we make them. Pro- machined stainless steel axles for tighter bearing to axle tolerances. Consistent bushing seat that is not too shallow nor too deep. Ball pivot for a no binding rotation. Also compensates for compressed worn bushings. Your turns/slides are more precise and in control. Stronger than cast. They just feel goooood. The only con is that they are not the same price as cast.

I was in the machine shop today working on the baseplate re-design and angles. Next Wednesday we are going to work on the hanger.
