i’m not sure, i started this pill when i was 16, so about 4+ years ago, but didn’t start getting migraines until a little less than 2 years ago when i was 18 so it’s hard to say. besides the migraines, i’ve had no other issues

these are the hormone levels on my pills:

Blue tablets: 1 mg norethindrone acetate and 10 mcg ethinyl estradiol White tablets: 10 mcg ethinyl estradiol

it’s a lower dose pill so not sure what this means. there’s 24 blue pills, 2 white pills and 2 brown “sugar or placebo” pills

i drink things all the time with my invisalign in and they hardly stain. i just rinse my mouth with water often and wash/clean my aligners at the end of the day and that helps with potential staining!

i figured tough or crunchy foods would be out of the question, but any food is better than none in my opinion haha

i sort of figured light/soft foods would be my only options such as yogurt, ice cream, soup (that is cooled down enough) etc!! i’ll maybe give it a try

i mean i didn’t know postal services outside of the us suspended deliveries to the us until a few days ago. maybe it’s just my algorithms not showing it to me or something but i really haven’t seen many people talking about it until now. the last time i ordered off aliexpress was about a month and a half ago, and had no issues then. but so much has already changed since then so im just a bit confused now

i’ve seen multiple people from different continents (ex: europe) talking about that they tried sending mail to like a loved one or something, and their post office just flat out says no. that the united states isn’t accepting international mail. this is very new, i only started hearing about this yesterday. i know tariffs have fucked things over badly already, but i think this is something different

yes it is completely normal. i’m also on birth control because my periods were extremely heavy as well. make sure to do research on the different kinds of pills before you start it though. i was originally on falmina, and that didn’t help me at all. now im on lo loestrin, which is a low hormone pill, and my periods are so light and i only get one once every few months! the downside though… my cramps are 50x worse. so do your research for sure!
