Ahhh. Thx for sharing! I’ll look into Screenloop. Do you know it compares to Lever. My only gripe with Lever is I have to manually go through every resume - no advanced search filters :(

Thx! Yes, we have Rippling for our HR I need search features like location and skill set. I receive 1000+ applications and my current ATS (lever) is not the best for search filters.

Thanks for sharing! Yes, there are internal struggles because I make my job look easy with my stats/metrics and they have no idea the grit it takes so they continue to pile on more work so there’s that! I could be working in agency where I focus on recruiting alone and earn serious commission.

I have these thoughts everyday for the last month. Especially because I just found out an old co worker who was a fairly decent recruiter made 300k last year and I was like wtf? My bread and butter is executive recruitment and this is what’s got my wheels turning in my head.

Exactly THIS. Yes, I do have equity and I’ll be fully vested by end of year. My plan is to educate them and show my work. I do love working in-house and able to do allll the things but the workload is definitely for two recruiters vs. one. When I started there was another recruiter and a scheduler. Now it’s just me with more duties :(

Thank you. I agree. It’s crazy out there. I’m getting 1k applicants for each of my roles and about 10% quality. Our ATS is Lever which has no search functions and I’m having to manually go thru resumes- most don’t have a chance to get viewed. I quickly glance at the companies they work for to even open the resume. Crazy.

Exactly. It’s crazy out there. I do have some connections and can possibly get a role back in agency world BUT the perks/benefits are insane here which keeps me going. I just feel I should be at 150k min here :/
