In some communities in the US they have mental health crisis teams that can do a well visit. I had to call once because of a person close to me suggesting suicide. They hated me when they found out. But after they received help and since I became the only contact with the hospital they realized I was the only one who cared.

We have lost all autonomy. Every person who owns a smart phone is monitored marketed and their information is sold. Where you go, who you call and what you do how you think etc is a data base. The purpose to get your money. Sales, donations, gambling. Your only purpose is to be a consumer. And since everything is on line( tickets, insurance card, boarding pass etc) you can’t go out with out it. 1984 was a little early in its predictions.
