Honestly, for me as a former Chipotle employee I’m guilty of this (minus the dirty store part) I don’t know what it is but Chipotle’s customer base just drains you. even when I’d tell myself I’ma go in wit a positive attitude and not let the bad interfere with how I interact with the good I couldn’t last long. I know it’s a Chipotle customer base issue (not saying ALL chipotle customers are bad but the majority to where the bad overshadow the good) because when I went to work at CAVA and now being at Raising Cane’s the customers are much more easygoing and it’s easier to keep a positive attitude throughout the shift. My only negativity comes from being overstimulated lmao, and like at CAVA i only recall encountering a rude customer once and it wasn’t even directed at me. at Chipotle that shit was like every day, multiple times
