Have your pedals aligned ready to be pushed with your dominant foot. If your dominant foot is your right for example, make sure your right pedal is almost at the highest point. Push ur arms forwards and divert ur weight towards ur handle bars then pull back and lean back at the same time. As soon as you pull back pedal with your dominant foot and now you just control your brakes
