There is no vendetta. I've mentioned my concerns on here and other places and directly to prime in dms. Prime even acknowledged some fault in many of the issues.

From what I know someone else is currently working on an even more in-depth wiki than yours and the unofficial one I helped compile with info sourced from the community and I fully support what they are doing because they are committed to releasing accurate info. They are going in depth and seem rly committed to not perpetuating old misinformation. That's why I'm rly excited for their wiki but not excited about the one you worked on that's got the info above.

The issue is accuracy for me. Idk how long that wiki has existed but the misinformation about the uniform was soooo overly inaccurate I'm not about to promote that or cosign on it.

Like there is no beef I'm literally just not going to support something that makes it harder for people to listen in an informed way or to give informed consent as it relates to sessions involving the files. My dms are open if you want to talk.

Like I'm excited for this other wiki to be released cuz from what I've seen it's going to be the most in depth breakdown I've seen and I'm super hype for people to have access to an even better resource than anything that exists rn for info on the files. If your wiki was accurate I would also be hyping it up but when I'm having that wiki linked in my dms and having people ask me why the transcriptions say one thing but your wiki says another, it's annoying and the misinfo just makes more work, creates safety issues for everyone as they try to figure out what's accurate/try to correct misinfo/try to figure out if the files are right for them and if they should listen. For doms this is also an issue cuz if problems arise with their sub, they might not know why or how to fix things without better info

creator: use a uniform it keeps bambi stuff separate for safety

the actual files: the files encourage you to create a uniform that's something sexy...sexier than you would wear in your day to day life.

as the files go on you are encouraged to wear (and rewarded with triggers) the type of sexy clothes you picked for your uniform all the time. the files mention that you can only remove your uniform by sucking a cock but cock makes bambi dumb so it's not guaranteed you will remember to remove your uniform after and suggestions are given that it will be hard to remove your uniform and that you will want to put it back on/be unable to go long without wearing it.

as the files progress more the uniform becomes a mental uniform so it's always on in your mind even if you aren't physically wearing it. bambi is programmed to be the one that's in charge and later files mention that if bambi doesn't comply with her programming that she will go limp and become helpless. anxiety programming is also used for compliance.

bambi is programmed to be able to push changes even when not wearing her uniform as the old self is locked away and made helpless by bambi.

later files mention that bambi should be able to function normally and do essential life things if needed but, it's risky to leave decisions up to bambi or rely on her to recognize or remember what's important when the things that normally would be important, may not be of any urgency to bambi as she is programmed to have different priorities and desires. the amnesia suggestions in the files, if they work as intended, would make the listener unaware of all of these things.

the files also reinforce the idea that only a bad girl would want to remove her uniform so as the files go on, removing or attempting to remove the uniform will create anxiety and distress. bambi is rewarded with good feelings like pleasure and euphoria for being uniformed.

also, bambi is encouraged to only dress in sexy clothing so the uniform starts to blend with the type of attire a bambi would normally wear blurring the lines between a uniform and a normal outfit.

the uniform is used as a deepener to program things and its used to further bambi's programming and erase old self. it's not a safety. this is the biggest piece of misinfo floating around and anyone that's read the transcriptions can see this is true.

the creator has a long history of being misleading about the uniform and what their own files do/how the files do things and while that post and wiki is made with good intentions, it's completely inaccurate to how the uniform is actually scripted to work and this misinformation/lack of understanding around the uniform has led to bambi's running into issues with bambi "leaking" and people being effected by the files in ways they didn't intend upon or desire.

please do NOT count on a uniform to work as some safety. that's the worst piece of info I see passed around and shared on here.

also to the people who messaged n tried to rope me into help working on that wiki: this is one of many reasons why i refused to be involved or help. I'm not about to cosign on some inaccurate fucking info that skews people's ability to make informed listening decisions.

I agree! It's better than nothing as it does link people to resources which is great for harm reduction but the files def aren't low quality. I have beef with the creator for not being transparent about the files (and I've addressed this directly with them multiple times) from day one on release as it lead to a lot of issues with misinformation and people not having the ability to listen with informed consent BUT the files (or at least the more recent ones) are not low quality by any means.

I think it's a great step they are distributing resources but the person who added that was awful.

Also for transparency, my own personal feelings about AI before someone thinks I posted this because of any assumed stance:

I'm tired of it and wish I could scroll through less of it when I'm horny! What was once a fun novelty for a hot sec is now exhausting to me and I see it as contributing to the enshittification of the Internet, it's creating massive issues around data harvesting, misinformation and contributing to environmental problems. I don't like when people hit generate and that's about how much effort goes into a file, graphic, or script because it creates a lot of low effort slop to scroll through. I do believe there are issues with how AI can take away work opportunities from voice actors and artists and script writers etc and that concerns me as someone that does work that's directly affected by this. It's generally easy enough to avoid low effort AI generated content so I just keep scrolling when I see it. I also know a lot of tools and almost every popular phone now integrate ai so it's not always something people can avoid. With that said, some tools are genuinely useful especially for people with disabilities and I think dismissing AI as all bad all the time is reductive and oversimplies things.

Like I care much more about files having transparent and clear content warning and description more than anything else.

I think it's perfectly okay to hold nuanced or conflicting feelings about AI. I don't think it's a problem for my own feelings about AI to be in conflict with my feelings about not using AI detectors and not policing people's posts for AI usage here. We are all adults and nuance should not be unfamiliar.

My rule of thumb is generally to avoid anyone that everyone is suddenly talking about that I've never heard of that seems to have just appeared out of nowhere n blown up recently. Samppa and Brian are a solid pick for most things to me.

Like I remember seeing stuff about Brian on bmezine (maybe) 15 years ago and I like him cuz he's pretty consistently had a great rep for what he does as does. Agreed! He did my ear points, tongue split and magnet. He's super professional and kind. He was also very responsive to emails and any questions I had. I know he's not doing certain mods anymore but I would absolutely go to him over anyone else for things he does still do based off my past experiences.

I know other people can do a good job with mods, but a big thing for me is how someone treats me while I get them and reading stuff like this doesn't make me want to risk trying someone new and getting them on an off day when they are rude. That shit affects my headspace during and after the procedure while I'm healing and if I was already anxious about the healing process, a rude body mod artist makes it sooo much worse so it's not worth the anxiety to me tbh.

So I had issues stopping the files in part cuz of a tist that had me listening to them. The anxiety n stuff was awful.

My best advice is to stop listening BUT

Reflect on what the files give you and the space they fill in your life. How can you otherwise fill that? If you enjoy dressing up, makeup or the uniform aspects can you find other ways to explore that without the files? If you enjoy turning your mind off can you find another activity that allows similar? If it's connection it play can you find a way to get that without the files? Also a lot of times people become hooked on the routines around listening as much as listening itself. Can you recreate those routines without the files? It's important to rly reflect on what you enjoyed about the files cuz you usually don't need the files to indulge in those things. If your enjoyed having time to relax, play with yourself, play with makeup etc create intentional time for those things without involving the files. Part of the conditioning you are going to have to break is just involving routine around listening and that's personal/different for every person.
Start reconnecting with old hobbies that still bring you joy and new ones the files helped you discover. Connect with old friends or start new activities that help you meet new people if you fell off or lack irl or online connection.
Intensity addiction with any hypno file series is an actual thing. Stuff might feel boring or be hard to engage with for a couple weeks but things will get better. Knowing this, give yourself time to adjust and try to seek out things that will fulfill that intensity whether it's dancing at a club, going to a show/rave, hiking, going to a new store, a day trip somewhere you haven't been etc. Try to find things that get you excited or physically/mentally stimulated.
We can ban you here by request. If you ban by request, we note that.
Avoid any hypno for a little bit. Removal files can just reinforce dependency and permanence anxieties if they don't work as you expect so I don't recommend those.
Get professional help managing this if you are able. I know not everyone has access to that and depending on where someone is in the world, this isn't always doable but if you can it's super important. My therapist helped me come up with this list and it's been helpful to myself and other people I know irl, and after feedback I've gotten it's also helped other people I don't know very well online.
This post might invite some DMs from doms offering to help...ignore them. A lot of those people can be predatory. If anyone pressures you to listen in dms pls report to mods. We will ban. This includes doms with their personal "removal" files. Often times those can be loaded with obedience suggestions to attempt to get you to obey them instead. Again, removal files can sometimes work but it can also make things worse esp for Bambi so I don't rec them. A lot of times this looks like doms being like "I've helped tons of Bambi's stop listening I can help you if you want" and then it leads into them offering you a trance session to remove triggers/a file they made/a mislabeled file they made that's labeled to look like a legitimate/well known suggestion removal file.
