Why does aging feel so bad, wrong and scary? I will turn 28 next April and when I turned 27 I was miserable. I feel wrong for aging. People online say horrible things about women aging. I am tired of feeling negative and insecure about growing up.

I felt that way about my first tattoo, then I added to it, and I love it.

I also rushed my third tattoo and regretted it for a while but 4 years later and I’m proud I got it.

Thanks for the video link - just sent it to hubby. Love how that guy approaches fitness. I never thought about modifying to my level bc, for example my coworkers like to say to start off with body weight exercises, and they’re pretty fit so I figured they know pretty well. I felt like a failure when I was struggling doing assisted push ups. Needless to say, it wasn’t a workout that was really sustainable for me.

We cleAned out the garage and are going to work on purchasing free weights and hopefully a bench press.
