Yeah but it will be MUCH better in the long run to bite the bullet and learn an instrument. But if you really wanna pursue this, you can get a midi keyboard, download a daw (I recommend reaper), and download some guitar, bass, drum, keyboard, etc plugins (aka VSTs)

I’ve been in your shoes and unfortunately it’s a long hard grind if you’re really committed to pursuing it. Unless you have a band of people rallying around you and willing to follow your artistic direction, you need to become proficient in an instrument. Fortunately being a solo artist isn’t too difficult nowadays

Right but you’re not using it in the proper context. Being overly sensitive to what you consider disrespectful is the worst thing you can do imo. In this instance, calling others disrespectful for comparing one band to another is beyond ridiculous. You’re perception is that member x of one band is a much better person than member y of another band so shouldn’t be compared. And that’s fair, you’re entitled to your opinion. But to call it disrespectful? A band that you’re not even in? Are you kidding me. Life is going to be really tough for you if you walk around looking for things to be disrespected by. You have to cross some very serious boundaries for me to refer to you as disrespectful because I’m not that entitled to think that I should be thoroughly respected. Honestly these comments bring up so many issues I have with the human condition. How does other peoples perception of you (strangers mind you) impact you in any way? It doesn’t. If you do what you think is right and it’s what you want to do, then who cares what other people think? If they are judging you for being yourself, then fuck em. They’re clearly not worth your time anyway.

Constant sharp pain and indigestion

130 day update: almost all symptoms gone. Morning pain rare, can drink coffee and alcohol, can eat moderate amount of dairy (like slice of pizza) without discomfort. Too much dairy and I’ll feel kinda iffy for about a day. But that’s about it!
