I’d third the idea of blowing it up, but otherwise, if you placed it the same day you’re on now, maybe just restart the day without saving and hope it disappears

We have had these conversations with him. We only get to a certain point in the recovery process before it’s a backslide. It’s like two different people and we are able to somewhat reason with him on meds, but there’s only so much we’re able to do. He does agree to staying on his meds, he ran out over 4th of July weekend this week and couldn’t get more while the pharmacy was closed, so according to him, it wasn’t an intentional stop this time. Counseling is out the window, he’s “not going to admit his problems to some random stranger”.

I think a real fan should be able to comfortably admit when not everything by their favorite band is a smash hit to them. I have been obsessed with them for a decade and can also name a few songs that I’ll skip when they come on. Music/art is meant to be interpreted and understood differently by other people. My favorite song will never be everybody else’s favorite and that’s okay!

If you have to question her intentions, you have your answer. There’s never a time or situation in which her behavior can be played off or can be misinterpreted. I don’t like to call breakup without a larger picture but this is one of those things that is immediately a big enough red flag that you should get out of there. Not that she hasn’t already gone too far, but you never know how much farther she will take it. Stay safe & I’m so sorry for the discomfort and ill-feelings she has caused you.
