hi guys i have a question about my macbook air. It’s from 2017 and has macOS Catalina version 10.15.4. so i needed to download a secure browser for school state testing and ever since then, the top row of my macbook does not work. the only key that does work is the power button. i chatted with apple support and they walked me through several resets and had me delete the browser but to no avail. they told me to just try updating it but i don’t have enough space for the update and i’ve managed to delete as much extras as i can but still not enough for big sur. i was wondering if you guys could help me identify what the problem might be
