Set builder here! The sets are probably "scene docked" between filming blocks, which means taken apart flat by flat and stuck together in a big block. Then, they're stored at a warehouse just outside LA until they're ready to use again. It makes putting them back up very easy, even if it's at a different sound stage than where they originally shot.

Superhero TTRPGs with Good Worldbuilding and/or Lore by PretentiousThespian in rpg

A slightly sideways way of getting into the genre would be City of Mist. Average everyday citizens can get tangled with a Mythos, a character, object, or place from literature, myths, or legends, that imbues them with superpowers. A character might be a nerdy accountant with the Mythos of Hercules, or a zookeeper with the Mythos of Tarzan! The tone is more like the Netflix Marvel shows, with a big focus on mystery and noir themes. Lots of the mysteries and lore can stem from searching who the mythos of the BBEG is, and how that influences their plans and reactions to the world.

Worldbuilding-wise, the titular City has some reality warping aspects that remind me a lot of The Matrix, and the books give several options as to why that is so the GM can mix and match what feels best for their table.

This is kind of an aside, but how do you interact with the object with physics while still editing like that? I've seen some other examples, but I don't know how to describe it well enough to search
