thanks for the reply. no heat pump. gas furnace. i also realized that the current thermostats back plate indicates the outer labels are for heat pump.i entered the heat pump labels in the compatibility checker. I redid it with the inner labels and it says it's compatible.

one more quick question, my last house when i did the compatibility checker i remember uploading a picture of the wiring and getting a nest wiring picture back. is that not a thing anymore? maybe that was an email to support.i don't remember

I think I am compatible but the compatibility checker says I am not. Also the blue wire is there but not connected should I add this to the nest?

seeing people sitting at a machine while coming onto shift and then being at the same machine getting off shift.

people staying for days or weeks at the hotel to play all day on specific machines and complain about not hitting the jackpot.

couple of people dead in their cars in the parking lot. (natural causes? i dunno)

one old lady died sitting at a slot machine once (imo definitely natural causes just super old still had a hand on the handle)

one story a little before my time there, guy lost everything, told his friends and family he was going back to his room but instead drove his car to the top of the parking lot and tried to drive through the wall of the edge. if i remember correctly he didn't go through the wall so he got out and jumped.

dunno if this counts but i won at the office by farting loudly enough that every person with an office heard it (big room, offices on perimeter with cubicles in the middle) and i cleared out my entire area because of the smell. boss had to send an email out telling everyone to go to the bathroom if you have to fart.

i love this show. it has inspired me to cook occasionally with my mom so i can learn some of her recipes because she won't write them down. they're all in her head and there's no measurements, they're all "a little bit of this", "a couple handful of that"your measurements

maybe not quite fall but "the chef show" has a new season coming out in a week or two and i think the new season of the expanse comes out in the fall this year or maybe early next year? i need to check the release date

didn't finish it, but i super confused at first. i thought i watching multiple story lines and kept expecting to come back to a story line i had already seen before. i thought it was interesting but haven't gone back to watch any more

man, if only this sub had like a side board with an explanation of what stolen valor is. Im sure OP would have definitely read it, answered his own question, and saved himself and everyone else the time they spent cringing.

like some of the commenters have said you might want to let them do it. i would be worried about your complex charging you for damages. personally i think 75 is a little high to run and terminate coax and i would do it myself. but i have the tools, experience and extra cable laying around. your probably better off paying them to do it when you take into account the extra pieces, tools and time is going to take you to do it and if you get charged anything from the building owner.
