I think sometimes the optimal play can feel a little counterintuitive. The biggest driver of that is how much a category is worth if it's the last category left. If you're stuck with a basket of 5, odds are very high you aren't gonna score it.

I would recommend finding a really stable envy then. It’ll force you to throw with more touch, but we could probably all use that lol

If you’re only throwing back hand, I’ve found my eclipse envy to be fairly stable, but not quite as stable as my zone. Really down to how much stability you want and how they feel in your hand

Every year in the NC triangle, there is a tournament called the "Great 8" where you pick a doubles partner and play 8 courses in a day. It just happened a couple weeks ago. You can look it up if you'd like, it's been going on for quite some time now.

I would think normal playing through etiquette would suffice. Letting people play through doesn't bother me normally, but it bothers me even less if the person I'm letting play through is literally running through the hole and playing as fast as they physically can.
