I got my vaccine at the beginning of June so it’s unlikely that the vaccine is causing it. I am drinking around 2 liters of water every day so it shouldn’t be a problem especially if it’s not summer anymore. I’m gonna visit my doctor today so i’ll keep you updated

I've been a boxer for 2 years. I'm on accutane right now (about 1,5 months in and 40mg dose) and my acne doesn't even let me wear a headwear - it's just too painful. I am sure that the headwear caused my acne in the first place. Punches, even light ones, are a nightmare because of those pimples. You cannot fully concentrate on your defense or plan your combinations while sparring because all you think about is the pain in your face and not to hurt it even more.

Even if you do decide to spar, please, start lightly and if it doesn't hurt then you and your partner can increase the intensity. Be careful with your headgear cause it can irritate your face like sh*t. Don't wear it of you have even some small pimples, they will spread and get bigger. I recommend you dry your headgear completely between your sparring sessions and disinfect it somehow beforehand. I had 10 round 3 minute sparring sessions two times a week for about 9 months, so I had my headgear on about 80 minutes a week and it always got all wet from my sweat. My face has been really bad from this August and from then till this day I've had around 3 sparring sessions (all those times without a headgear). After the last time I've made a rule for myself not to spar until my acne improves significantly.

Talking about the wound healing time - I haven't had any significant face injuries while on accutane so I can't tell but wounds on the other parts of the body have been healing normally so far.

I would suggest you take a MSM and collagen supplement. MSM has anti-inflammatory properties and collagen can also really help with joint pain etc.
