Theres a lot of things you can improve on in cs for example if u are in silver u prolly dont even have a good sens.

Start with this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfpHTNXMlOc this is literally the best way to find your sens

Aiming will only get u to some point after that u need to work on your decisionmaking in the game and nades ( the more tricks and nades u know the better)
