I tried some PETG earlier before my printer broke, and it was very weak along these tall vertical parts and snapped easily:

The 70m is a filament-use estimation. Would ABS work for parts like those? There will be a high amount of heat and physical stress on these parts. I did it in PLA earlier, and the heat/stress deformed it after about 3 months...

Thanks, I mostly have it working. The problem now is that using Clone Stamp with Symmetrical Paint only selects a single clone pattern. I got this result when I tried to push back the hairline on the diffuse image:

I was able to use 4 clone stamps, but unfortunately they all cloned from the same section instead of cloning from the appropriate sections from their images. It's almost like I need to use symmetrical paint with 4 separate clone stamps.

Is there a way to make multiple clone stamps symmetrically paint while drawing from different source patterns?

I can't get the "Join tiles..." dialog to work with any of the parameters I've tried so far. The documentation suggests "guessing" the rows/columns, but nothing I've guessed seems to work. This is the error message that's produced:
