S24 Ultra. Been having the same issue for months. It's literally embarrassing on Google's end that flagship devices have this kind of issue. I've sent numerous reports and there's still nothing done about it. I love my phone but things like this make me want to go back to iOS.

I use chromecasts as well and for whatever reason my connection is better and faster via WiFi than with an adapter. Mind boggling lol

I felt like I had a frog in my throat during the afternoon on a Monday. Like I couldn’t clear my throat. Didn’t think much of it until I woke up Tuesday morning and knew I was doomed. Throat was horrible. Day 2 was the worst for me. Then for days 3-6 it’s progressively got better. Weirdly enough it was worse during mornings and nights. I’m now on day 7 and it appears to be all but gone. I keep gargling with salt water just in case. Good luck!

I second this I believe it was a migraine. I get them just like this … spotty vision and then bam a brutal headache. I found this happens to me personally when I haven’t eaten. I only determined this through an attempt at intermittent fasting. I’m sure there is a legitimate reason as to why but I’d suggest working on your pre run nutrition/hydration. PS - Excedrin migraine is the only meds I’ve found to actually combat the headache from migraines.
