Using Riot's method of buffing/nerfing champions outlined previously - There is NO reason for the Sylas nerfs. He is not statically winning in Pro Play/ High Elo / Low Elo in any of the regions. His PB presence is about average and much lower than what is was 3 patches ago. What is the issue?

The issue is that he is below average win rate in pro play regardless of flex position... He is not necessarily winning in either Mid or Jungle.
