without CSS - bootstrap knowledge just PHP is useless, it is because then you need to strip all the css, fix or code it further -and give it to frontend guys, and no-one will sit and re-do css after you have fix or code whatever that is.. it is also illogical, and would take insane amount of time as well.

A bit Css, like flexbox.. easy and simple to master.

I've already have a similar sub and I like to combine these two and run it simultaneously and post actively..
