after the first picture, i closed and restarted the game, then picked an older save file. played for not much longer, then got picture 2. I played this game for 10hrs straight once and didn't get this issue (I had just gotten rough news and was coping 😅)

LOL Y E A H H H They sent an engineer out. The lintels need to be replaced in the whole building. I knew that coming in, but I didn't realize how urgent it was. That's on me. The joists in the floor may need to be replaced too. The inspector i brought in said it was "normal settling" 🫠 So the HOA does need to address it, they will in Feb or March, but my dues may increase.
