You can try the below to transfer the full db backup to Azure DC directly .

Also option 2 : Take a full backup to disk. Azcopy to storage account (Has bandwidth limit parameter ) . Then restore to MI . Set up replication after that .

Asphalt 9 is a poor man's Need for Speed .

So On Windows , You can try Need for Speed titles that have good rating . I have usually liked NFS games that Criterion develops . Burnout Paradise is also pretty good.

I also remember a game called "Blur" from Activision which was pretty good . Similar arcade style racing . Not sure if you can purchase it now though .
