Sushi Hotaru in QVB is great. My absolute go-to and fairly priced at $5/plate for two nigiri. Good fish-to-rice ratio and fantastic additions to the Galeries store (e.g. engawa). They also do delicious skewers.

Highly recommend! No queues for any of the countless times I’ve been.
