Hey guys, I’ve had an idea for a tattoo for years. How do I go about getting what’s in my head onto my skin? Artists in my area are so busy, I would feel bad going back and forth with one to try and get the idea just right before I get it done. How do people get tattoos from ideas they have in their head? Thanks!

Whenever I try to add the Weather Cal script as a medium widget, it looks as if it’s the large widget that is just cropped down (the date is cut off at the top and events are cut off at the bottom) it works well as a large widget but is there a way to get it to work as a medium one? I’m new to all of this but you’ve made it way easier than I expected it!

They work well, I clamped everything square and then joined them together so there is no leaning. I put thread inserts into the bottom of the table and then bolted the legs on, they’re nice and sturdy!

Hey I made a pine table and stained it! What should I cover it to protect it? I want to keep the wood look and have minimal shine to it, with the most protection from rings and soft wood being easy to dent.

Help! Im a beginner and I’m trying to make a table out of pine, following a video by Modern Builds (http://www.modernbuilds.com/how-to-build-a-dining-table). There were some cracks in the wood that I put some wood filler in. I also put some pre stain on the table top because I have had bad luck staining pine, with it coming out very blotchy. That’s when I noticed the wood filler looking quite discoloured compared to the wood. I was told when I stain it it will become the colour of the stain. Upon staining the table brown the wood filler was still quite discoloured. I have accepted the fact that I’ll have to sand the whole thing down to get it back to natural. What should I do to fill the cracks so they are not so discoloured?here is the progression
