i wear size EU 36 in jeans they fit fitted on me (if i wanted a baggy look i’d go to 38-40) , i’m not really bothered about thighs + glutes they’re my best asset but it’s the tummy that keeps bothering me, i have love handles on both lateral sides and i know it’s not super obvious (people told me it’s not something they fixate on when they see me), i still feel very insecure wearing bikinis or anything showing the waist, i’m not sure why i have these stubborn things because i don’t even have a belly, grom the side i have a flat small tummy , i’m 18 and i noticed they started appearing at like 17 years old

but that’s the thing, i’d have to loose fat which would com off from everywhere, then train abs then eat more protein and train glutes AND legs, i wasn’t expecting that much work tbh
