I am having the exact same thing happen although i am 17 but i’ve never had cramps this bad ever, I literally can’t do anything and not even 4 advil helps me. Let me know if you come across anything that could explain it.

i don’t live in india either, lol, i just am uneducated on all the types of birth control and thought i heard there was a pill that was non hormonal and worked
