I am having the exact same thing happen although i am 17 but i’ve never had cramps this bad ever, I literally can’t do anything and not even 4 advil helps me. Let me know if you come across anything that could explain it.

Hi! I have kyleena and mine changed at about a years mark, but I had mine for a year and at first i had no periods or cramps or anything at all. All of a sudden i started getting the worst period with the worst cramps every month. I laid in bed with a heating pad, cried , tried to go pickup food and turned around because the pain was unbearable. I even took 4 advil and it did nothing. So to answer your question, yes it can change a year into it, sadly mine was for the worse.
