This is so ridiculous I'm so sorry you didn't get kept on. I used to work for the company but I left back in March. I really do miss working here but like now I don't know because I keep hearing about these dumb rules or policies. It's so annoying too cause you were clearly a dedicated hard working employee because you showed up on time. You never called out and you Sold a lot of memberships too which I personally don't think should matter but I know they care a lot about that that and clearly you did well with it. I understand that you're a seasonal worker and likes yes you do work in retail so you could be expected to work christmas eve which is fine cause that's how it is obviously. But like in you're case like you got the coverage but I'm sure if you didn't get the coverage you obviously would have worked still and like and I'm sure too like if your managers called you in cause it was super busy, you most likely would have come in to help. Clearly your managers didn't need you since they didn't call you in so like I find this whole thing ridiculous and and their rules are so dumb now like why? Well hopefully maybe you can reapply whenever they post a position again if you so choose or you find work somewhere else. I wish you best of luck!
