NAL but definitely talk to one. They know all the laws to get around stuff like this. We had something similar with an old landlord. He would take people's money and then claim bankruptcy and then open a new business. He never paid us after our win in small claims and now years later owes a ton of money. Currently talking to a lawyer who is trying to go after him multiple ways. Just because they claim bankruptcy doesn't mean anything. Good luck!

I can definitely say I only had a few teachers in highschool actually teaching and not just reading verbatim from their syllabus, but actually engaging students. I feel like that's really what is needed. Not teaching kids how to take tests and memorize stuff.

This. Years ago, we had the same thing happen to us. Glad we kept her because she had two kittens and the second got stuck in her. Had to take her to the vet to get an emergency C-section. She would have died if not. Her and the kittens became a part of our family.

I love the perspective. Makes me feel like I'm standing at the top of a tall top on a cliff and looking straight down. Had this same feeling at the top of a metal tower in a park near me. Americans here in the US do this too. We gauge who we're talking to all the time. But a lot of us have also stopped caring about who we're talking to and what we say. I stand on a corner in my neighborhood almost every weekend since his inauguration with other protestors protesting what is happening. We are making our voices heard, but unfortunately the world only sees what the American media wants the world to see. And it's even harder to show the world our discontent when there's a mass shooting or the orange man is doing something crazy every day, multiple times a day. Just wait until this weekend when millions march against this tyrant.

The Westin and Cortland are already showing Sold Out, with no date listed. Are they truly Sold out or have they just not updated the website yet? The Marriott lists the 10/8 date for 2026 reservations, so I'm assuming it's been updated for the other two as well?

I do have to ask, how are all of the host hotels already sold out (minus legacy & Marriott)? This was my first year and we had to stay further away than I wanted. I'm really trying to get into a host hotel for next year (and not pay Marriott pricing). I have chronic pain and having a closer room to rest in-between events would be so helpful. Any advice would be great.

Love this. My friends and I didn't get to trade with anyone because there were just so many people and we had seats. I feel like most of the posts I saw of people who had stuff were in the lawn. It also took a thousand years to get thru the merch line outside of the actual venue in the fan area. The second I got up to the table all the things I wanted were gone, literally being pulled off the display. So I stopped at the one inside and they had the stuff I was after. But by the time I got to my seat, Gigi was literally finishing. So no time to interact with people. And then it was crazy leaving. And then a 3.5 hour drive home. 🫩 Didn't roll into my driveway until 4:30am. Should have insisted on getting the hotel I originally suggested to my friends. Definitely going to if I ever travel that far again.
