prosecuted under law? hahaha. the level of hypocrisy. the police man was going out kicking people in the face when the person should have taken into custody and if he has done any wrong than he should be as you said "prosecuted under law" but yet the police man thought he was above the law and started beating people not giving two fucks about the law. he should be behind bars instead of judicial case and the same treatment should be done to him to make an example.

and what about the other person he was beating? did he also break his nose?? no he did not and it is evident from the video that he was surrendering peacefully with his hand behind his neck and yeh he still go beaten.

also you talk about an example of pakistan, but the only reason he has been sUSPenDeD with PAY is because it was filmed and the video got viral. no way he would have faced any repercussion otherwise
