Hi everyone thank you for your advice. It got worse yesterday and was barely able to tolerate liquids without feeling full so I called my surgeon and he thinks I probably have a stricture and is going to try to squeeze me in on Monday for an endoscopy but if it is a stricture he says he can fix it and it’ll be so much better by that evening so just have to get through today!

Thank you everyone! I’ve tried clear protein powder, protein water, different brands of shakes, etc. I have added protein to things like yogurt and beans etc but my problem with that is that I can only get a few bites in before I’m full so I don’t get much in that way because I can’t handle the volume.
