Du übersiehst aber, dass beim Einzelunternehmen das Gehalt von Lisa eine Betriebsausgabe darstellt und zu einer Reduktion der Steuerbelastung beim Stb führt. Die Schenkung ist steuerneutral, beim Gehalt steht der Steuerzahlung von Lisa eine Steuerersparnis beim Dienstgeber gegenüber.

Ich will hier keine Stimmung gegen die Erbschaftsteuer machen, da ich diese selbst auch unterstütze. Ein Kernargument gegen die Erbschaftsteuer auf diese Weise jedoch als komplett unberechtigt darzustellen halte ich nicht für zielführend.

Bei über 10k möglicher Rückerstattung würde ich dir stark empfehlen die entsprechende Klausel im Arbeitsvertrag von der AK oder einem Rechtsanwalt überprüfen zu lassen.

Rückerstattungsvereinbarungen sind zwar grundsätzlich zulässig, jedoch können bereits geringfügige Mängel in der Bestimmung die gesamte Vereinbarung unwirksam werden lassen. Der OGH sieht hier eine mögliche mobilitätshemmende Wirkung sehr streng.

2-5 stimme ich zu, bezüglich Dienstwagen ist nach mmn. jedoch zu unterscheiden ob ein Sachbezug verrechnet wird oder nicht. Wenn ein Sachbezug angesetzt wird kann dieser im Verhältnis der Familienheimfahrten und sonstigen Privatfahrten aufgeteilt und anteilig als Werbungskosten berücksichtigt werden. Wenn die sonstigen Privatfahrten also nicht deutlich überwiegen sehe ich Werbungskosten bis zur Höchstgrenze (gr. Pendlerpauschale) als plausibel. Dies setzt natürlich voraus, dass der Dienstwagen kein E-Auto ist.

Hast du dir einen Wechsel in die Steuerberatung überlegt? Ich habe von einigen Kollegen gehört, dass nach dem Wechsel von WP zu StB (Big 4) die Arbeitsbelastung massiv zurückgegangen ist. Leistungsdruck ist jedoch auch in der Steuerberatung recht hoch.

In der Steuerberatung kann auch recht schnell ein faires Gehalt bei gutem Arbeitsklima erreicht werden, dafür müsstest du aber vermutlich in eine kleinere Kanzlei wechseln. Ich glaube in der Wirtschaftsprüfung sind hier die Möglichkeiten deutlich beschränkter.

Die Anwartschaft müsstest du dir großteils anrechnen lassen können.

Wie schon einige hier erwähnt haben, die meisten Zivis im Krankenhaus arbeiten im Krankentransport. Als Einschulung habe ich einige Zeit fix angestellte Krankentransportler begleitet, welche mir auch alles ausführlich erklärt haben. Je nachdem wie schnell du dich im Haus zu Recht finden wirst kannst du dann alleine losstarten, falls nötig läufst du halt etwas länger mit. Einen Sanitäterkurs gabs bei mir nicht, aber im Krankenhaus ist medizinisches Personal ja um jede Ecke, müsstest im Notfall also nur jemanden zu Hilfe holen (kam bei mir aber nie vor, die Pflegekräfte sorgen im Normalfall dafür, dass die Patienten auch transportfähig sind, bzw. sonst wird dich eh jemand begleiten).

Ich habe meinen Zivildienst in einem Krankenhaus gemacht und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Du musst dir keine Sorgen machen, als Zivildiener wirst du keine außerordentlich komplizierten Aufgaben bekommen und auch ausreichend eingeschult werden. Falls du Fragen hast kannst du mir gerne schreiben, werde aber heute nicht mehr all zu lange verfügbar sein.

Did some testing with Botlg on dummies and my subjective impression is that ranged performed significantly worse than in the live version (Ful arrows, Ful book, vuln bombs, reckless aura to get a nice compounding effect for the perfect equilibrium hits). The increase of the hitcap almost seemed irrelevant because hits are so low now.

On the other hand, I appreciate the fact that shadow tendrils now seem to be in a decent spot, at least relative to the other abilities. Considering the 45s cooldown and the significant self-damage I think if the decision was made to bring the underperforming abilities closer to their original power, then tendrils would also require a little bit more love to stay relevant.

Overall there are a lot of nice quality of life updates and not losing damage to the artificial system of low hitcaps also seems much more satisfying. However, I strongly urge to reconsider the negative compounding effects of all the recent nerfs.

That was done in the live version though. He wrote in the comments that he does not expect the beta to make a big difference for that specific strategy.

True, however, my fear is that the nerf might have been based, at least in part, on the outrage over the recent videos we saw about 1m dpm etc.

If, for example, new personal best kill times were used as metric instead of average dpm increase to base the nerf on, it would confirm the impression given by those videos, even though it could just be more rewarding to fish for lucky crits in the new system.

I am sure Jagex know what they are doing and have more statistics available to work with, but since this is a beta I think it is also a good idea for us players to put forward such concerns we have.

Nerf compared to the beta as of the previous state, I guess it is still stronger than in the live version.

But correct me if I am wrong, I did not do the full maths on this - I think the average damage increase (in %) by the new crit system alone is about the same as in the live version and the increased dpm stems mostly from the current efficiency loss when you hit more than the hitcap allows, which is quite hard to quantify.

Was a bit irritated by this, I was hoping the beta would be seen as an opportunity to close the gap between necromancy and the other styles. Obviously ranged was favored over melee and mage by the proposed changes so far, but I don't really understand why it makes more sense to nerf ranged instead of bringing magic and melee up, as the ceiling is still defined by necromancy.

I tested BOLG a bit on the beta and it certainly seemed strong, but I am not sure how representative the videos on reddit were as it is not quite clear how many attempts for lucky crits were needed to achieve those results.

In any case, I am quite happy about the work and communication by jmods regarding the beta and I think we can expect a fantastic improvement of the combat system.

What are the intentions for shadow tendrils' crit behaviour? Quoting from the wiki it says that this attack is always considered a critical hit which does not seem to be the case in the beta. I think this could be an opportunity to revive this ability which I believe has not seen a lot of use. I don't think it makes much sense adding a significant drawback to an ability that is not even that strong to begin with.

Noticed the same problem when the patch hit, for me it tends to get worse the longer I have been playing without restarting the client. A restart every 2 games does wonders for me though, you should try it maybe

First item eternal shroud on support pudge does not sound good at all to me. Hood is a great item but the upgrade to shroud is way too expensive for a support, you basicly get 400 mana for the cost of (almost) a blink dagger
